I've been a life-long student of human behavior and personal development with a passion for understanding the "why" behind people's actions, particularly when it comes to the work they do in the world. This passion eventually led me to my own journey of discovering how I could align my own values, skills, experience and personal vision to a new career path as a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach to help others do the same. I left my corporate career in marketing and trained to become a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach with the largest and oldest coach training school in the world, Coaches Training Institute. I opened the doors to Envision It! Coaching in early 2011. I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Optimize Coach.
